Changes require constant updates in knowledge. From blockchain data to macroeconomics, and then to multidimensional integration, I have always been learning new methods.
Fifth, active interaction. In the early stages, exposure can be gained through the comments section of influencers, but it is important to ensure that the comments are constructive. Take feedback from the comments section seriously and treat interactions with kindness.
Lastly, content is key. While traffic is important, if valuable content cannot be consistently produced, traffic will eventually be lost. Therefore, focus on improving the quality of content rather than solely pursuing numbers.
Overall, building a personal IP takes time and passion. Find a field that you are passionate about, continue learning and sharing, in order to establish long-term value.

Has being a Chinese-speaking influencer brought you certain benefits?
Ni Da @Phyrex_Ni:
Becoming an influential influencer has indeed brought me many opportunities and conveniences, but I value more how to use these opportunities to create greater value, rather than simply pursuing personal benefits.
Using my collaboration with Solana as an example, currently, there is no monetary transaction between us. The work I do for the Solana community, such as video production and conference participation, is self-funded because I believe in the potential of the Solana project and hope to help more people understand and participate in this ecosystem.
I believe that after gaining a certain level of influence, the most important thing is how to use this influence to make positive contributions. For me, this means introducing high-quality projects in the Chinese-speaking region to more people and changing their stereotypical impressions of these projects.
At the same time, I also strive to bring high-quality overseas projects into the Chinese-speaking community. My goal is not simply promotion, but through in-depth analysis and introduction, allowing community members to better understand these projects and make independent judgments.
Although this approach may not bring direct economic returns in the short term, I believe it can generate long-term value. It not only helps me establish deeper industry insights but also allows me to meet more excellent project teams and investors, resources that money cannot directly buy.
Overall, I value more how to use this influence to create value rather than how to profit from it. I firmly believe that only by truly creating value for the industry and users can one obtain sustained support and recognition in the long term.

Compared to the previous cycle, how has the ecosystem of KOLs changed?
Ni Da @Phyrex_Ni:
Indeed, the ecosystem of KOLs has undergone significant changes in this cycle, which is a positive development trend.
Firstly, the influence of traditional media is weakening, while the influence of individual KOLs and self-media is strengthening. Individual KOLs can provide more timely, professional, and in-depth content, especially in the field of blockchain data analysis, where their response speed and professionalism often surpass traditional media.
Secondly, the number of expert-type KOLs in specific fields is gradually increasing. With the market becoming more complex, single-dimensional analysis cannot fully explain the market. KOLs who can provide in-depth insights in specific fields are becoming more popular, such as analysts focusing on macroeconomics or specific technical areas.
Thirdly, the value of KOLs lies not only in information dissemination but also in information interpretation and analysis. In the era of information explosion, content that helps users understand information and provides insights is truly valuable.
Fourthly, the cooperation between project parties and KOLs is also evolving. Cooperation is no longer simply about paid publicity but seeking deep collaboration to truly reach and educate users through KOLs.
Lastly, truly high-quality KOLs are more likely to stand out in this cycle. As the market matures, users’ discernment abilities improve, and only KOLs who consistently provide valuable content can gain long-term trust and support from users.
Overall, the ecosystem of KOLs is developing towards more professionalism, specialization, and depth. This is a positive signal for the entire industry, indicating an improvement in the quality of information and users’ ability to access more valuable content.

Mercy@Mercy_okx:
The noise in the KOL circle is quite loud, and it’s easy to lose sight of your original intention. How do you adjust your mindset and stay true to yourself?
Ni Da @Phyrex_Ni:
I always maintain a mindset of “I’m just an ordinary person doing my job.” I am well aware that what I do does not require high technical thresholds, and many people can achieve the same with the willingness to invest the same amount of time and effort. This understanding keeps me humble and prevents any trace of pride or complacency.
Secondly, I am very aware that my current influence is not easily obtained; it is the result of the collective support of many people. This influence is not my personal achievement but a responsibility. I deeply understand that if I engage in any behavior that crosses the line, I may quickly lose this support. Therefore, I constantly remind myself to cherish everything I have now and avoid any actions that may erode this trust.
Furthermore, I always insist on doing the right thing. When you have a certain level of influence, you will find that doing the right thing becomes easier. For example, I often use my influence to help people who have limited funds but genuinely need assistance. These actions may not bring me direct benefits, but they make me feel that I am doing something meaningful.
In addition, I maintain a passion and curiosity for the industry. I continue to learn new knowledge and study new phenomena. This state of continuous learning keeps me humble and allows me to provide ongoing value to the community.
Finally, I believe that the key to staying true to yourself is to always remember why you started doing this in the first place. For me, the initial motivation was to better understand the market and make better trading decisions. Now, although my role has changed, this core goal has not. I am still striving to improve my analytical abilities and also hope to help more people understand this market.
Overall, staying true to yourself requires constant self-reflection and vigilance. It is not something that can be achieved overnight but requires daily reminders to oneself to stay humble, cherish everything that exists, and always strive to create value for others. Only in this way can one maintain long-term influence and credibility in this rapidly changing industry.
