According to the Tianyancha App, Ant Blockchain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has recently undergone a change in its business registration, with its registered capital increasing from 100 million yuan to 1.5 billion yuan. The company was established in December 2018, with Lin Yifei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, internet data services, information system operation and maintenance services, computer software and hardware, and auxiliary equipment retail, as well as information technology consulting services. It is wholly owned by Ant Chain (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
It is worth mentioning that not long ago, Ant Chain (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. also increased its capital, with its registered capital increasing from 100 million yuan to 2.107 billion yuan.
