Zondacrypto Secures Seventh License Approved by CySEC as Cryptocurrency Exchange

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has authorized the cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto, marking the company’s seventh regulatory license. With over 1.3 million active users, the company welcomes regulatory measures as part of its efforts to provide a secure digital asset trading platform.
Preparing for MiCA Regulations
Regarding the approval, CEO Przemyslaw Kral stated on LinkedIn, “We are pleased to announce that Zondacrypto has obtained its seventh license, this time from CySEC. This milestone further reinforces our mission to provide a secure, transparent, and fully compliant trading environment for our 1.3 million active users.”
“As we prepare for the upcoming MiCA regulations in the European Union, this new license strengthens our commitment to maintaining the highest security and compliance standards in the cryptocurrency field. We take this commitment very seriously.”
The company references the forthcoming Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations in the European Union, which aim to provide a more unified legal framework for digital assets.
Last year, Zondacrypto obtained an over-the-counter trading license in Switzerland. This approval allows the exchange to offer cryptocurrency exchange services, including fiat-to-cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency conversions.
CySEC License
As the cryptocurrency industry continues to evolve, Zondacrypto is setting higher standards for compliance, signaling to users and regulatory bodies that security and transparency remain at the core of its mission.
This year, Zondacrypto expanded its influence through a sports sponsorship agreement. In August, they partnered with Atlanta BC, becoming a behind-the-scenes sponsor of the club. As part of the agreement, Zondacrypto will have the title of official cryptocurrency exchange partner. The partnership is reported to begin from the 2024/25 season and last for three seasons.
In addition, Zondacrypto announced another sports sponsorship with one of Italy’s famous football clubs, Juventus Football Club. According to a report by Finance Magnates, this partnership marks a further expansion of Zondacrypto into the Italian market.
